You have chosen a T-Safe IUD, the placement was scheduled but during the appointment
it was not possible to insert the IUD. The vast majority of IUD placements are successful, but sometimes it can happen that the IUD cannot be implanted.

But, good to know: you do not have to pay for a new T-Safe IUD. Your health care provider can make use of our replacement arrangement and request a new IUD for you free of charge.
